FTL: Faster than Light), one of the first indie successes to do phenomenally well on Kickstarter, raising over 2000% of their initial goal, has finally been released, both on Good Old Games and the Subset Games’ own website. A lot of games have passed through Kickstarter's pockets, but the nature of it means you won't see a return your investment in action for a while. That's why FTL is so special: it's the first of the really big Kickstarter successes to be playable.
