Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for Bluffs memorial

Following Chief Sauganash” is a Kickstarter campaign launched by Susan Kelsey of Lake Forest, Ill., and Mary Lou McGinn of Council Bluffs. The purpose of the campaign, with a goal of $3,500, is to create a granite monument engraved with the story of Billy Caldwell and the Potawatomi in Council Bluffs and the installation of the monument in St. Joseph Cemetery on March 17, 2015 – his 235th birthday. (Read More)
