Route 30 restaurant launches 'Kickstarter' campaign

In June, Christopher and Jessica Beam revived the former Hollow Tavern along Route 30, near the Ligonier Township line. The Steel Wheel Grill at the Hollow has been serving American, Italian, smoked, grilled and barbequed fare at its outdoor bar and patio. Now the Beams are working toward reinvigorating the indoor restaurant. (Read More)
