The Kickstarter for Mark Ladner's Gluten-Free Concept Pasta Flyer Launches

NEW YORK, NY - Here's the Kickstarter for New York City chef Mark Ladner's (Del Posto) quick service gluten-free pasta concept Pasta Flyer. Last week Ladner revealed that the restaurant is inspired by the speedy service Japanese ramen shops and it will offer a "mix and match menu of gluten free pastas" paired with a variety of sauces. The Kickstarter page notes that the menu will also include snacks, salads, sweets, and "small flexitarian-style proteins." Each bowl of pasta will be "under $10 dollars" and the video notes that they will be cooked in three minutes ("just as fast as a Tokyo ramen bar") thanks to a special patent-pending process. (Read More)
