Who raised more on Kickstarter: A chair designer or eighth-graders?

Answer: the eighth-graders. A class at Nettelhorst Elementary School in Lakeview came up with the idea for Smart Mail, a desktop organizer made of sheet metal and topped by a silhouette of the Chicago skyline. The students met their $10,000 goal on Kickstarter but are continuing to take orders in exchange for $40 pledges through July 10. (Read More)
