A Most Handsome and Agreeable Game

October 8th - via:
This game does a really fantastic job of breaking a complex story like Pride and Prejudice down to a singular concept, that is, a woman needing to get married in Austen’s contemporary England. This might seem like a silly concept to some, but much of a woman’s future was dependant upon whom she wed. The Austen story explores, critiques, and ultimately reconstructs the system women lived in. Furthermore, Marrying Mr. Darcy does a great job identifying and breaking the game down to a single concept which is both true to the book, while also fun and engaging. (Read More)
