Secret Weapon's Tablescapes modular tables Kickstarter passed 130k today. This means they "clean" urban set has unlocked. The display board sets have unlocked, and we now are within striking distance of the "ruined" urban sets. Secret Weapon has now announced a new mid-tier goal. A 8 tile (2'x2') set of just "clean" streets. So if you play a game where ruined or damage city tiles make less sense, you can now get only the "clean" tiles.
