Organic Panic Is A Tasty Little Big Planet Meets Worms Stew

June 24th - via: cliqist.com
Okay, so, Organic Panic. If you’re a regular to the site, you may have already seen our video review of this quirky action-puzzle-platformer, but as is the way of video reviews, there were a few things I didn’t quite get to. I have no idea what that was, exactly, so while this article will probably repeat itself a little bit, but rest assured that I’ll probably stumble onto some talking points that I originally missed, so here we go. (Read More)

Android Kickstarter Wrapup: Life, Death and War.

July 31st - via: gamewoof.com
The amount of Android related Kickstarters are astronomical. Most of them aren’t games, but gadgets that run from the confounding to the amazing. One that caught my eye was a bracelet smart device charger. It takes those slap wrist that you probably remember from (a) your childhood if you are around my age, or (b) their recent but short lived Hipster revival and combines it with a cell phone charger. I’m not sure which of the two categories it belongs in but I kind of want one. (Read More)

Kickstarter Katchup – 21st July 2013

July 21st - via: rockpapershotgun.com
There have been plenty of weeks with no losers and several winners, but I can’t remember compiling this column and finding losers without winners to sit above them. There are lots of projects that are readying themselves for a spot in the winners’ section though, propped on the podium, parading their plaudits. Dungeonmans and Tangiers are my current favourites, with Monochroma not far behind. It’s a busy week though and there should be something for everyone. Except sports fans. Nothing for sports fans. Probably the least Kickstarted genre actually. Licensing issues to blame? (Read More)
