Zeebarf has announced that Ballads of Reemus 2 has officially been funded on Kickstarter.
A burst of final pledges in the last days has sent the newest point and click adventure game over its goal of $15,000 CAD, including over 20 supporters who tossed $250-$520 to support the continued development of the adventure game genre. Jay Ziebarth sends his thanks to these stalwart supporters as well as the other 350+ backers who made it possible. There's still time to support Ballads of Reemus 2 on Kickstarter.
When Reemus the Exterminator’s main competitor Pestco reduces pest control to a skill anyone can do with a squirt bottle, Reemus fears his chances of having a truly heroic ballad written about him are over. That is until he stumbles upon an invasion of killer Death Slugs that has all the makings of the greatest quest of all time, one that can not only restore extermination to its former glory but finally put Reemus on the map as a true hero. Now the only question remains, will Reemus and his sidekick Liam defeat the insidious Death Slugs, or will they be the ones exterminated?
Ballads of Reemus is the commercial expansion of the free to play Journeys of Reemus series. With millions of players and fans, Zeebarf is ready to deliver full length, high quality, old school adventure games with their traditional comedic flair for absurd humor. Featuring full voice-over and completely original quests, Ballads of Reemus 2 will bring the world of Reemus to life like never before. Find out more on the Kickstarter page at http://kck.st/1aWvkrz
