Rob Thomas continues to re-enlist the stars of Veronica Mars.
The creator of the cult hit announced Friday that Percy Daggs III will participate in the Kickstarter-funded feature film.
The actor has signed on to reprise his role as Wallace Fennel, the best friend to Kristen Bell‘s Veronica. Daggs played the part for the entire 60-episode-plus run of the UPN/CW series.

“As so many of you wrote to remind me, Wallace’s friendship with Veronica has always been one of the foundations of the show,” Thomas said in the announcement, which was sent to backers of the fan-funded movie. “And now that he’s officially signed, I can admit that there was never a version of the script that didn’t include him. It just wouldn’t happen.”
He joins previously announced Bell, Jason Dohring and Enrico Colantoni for the Veronica Mars revival.
