Developer Ishtar Games have announced a Kickstarter campaign for the tabletop adaptation for their tactical RPG roguelike, The Last Spell.

The new project will be titled The Last Spell – The Board Game, and it will be developed by Tabula Games. As of this writing, the campaign has already raised over €245,000 from nearly 2,000 backers. This has easily surpassed their goal of €107,375.

After an Early Access launch in 2021, the game reached full release back in March earlier this year. The tabletop follows much of the style of the game itself. Where it is designed for 2-4 players as they defend the town from hordes of enemies.

The Last Spell is available now on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC (via Steam and GOG). You can check out our review of the game here – It’s an excellent title that’s worth checking out.
