Next... Pushing Daisies?

With the Veronica Mars Kickstarter campaign a monumental success, Bryan Fuller tells E! News that he's open to using the same fundraising service in order to make the dreams of millions come true: A Pushing Daisies move!

"From the moment the show was canceled, I've been trying to do a Pushing Daisies movie and started writing a script for it," Fuller says. "The best chance for it to happen, perhaps the only chance for it to happen, would be through something like Kickstarter."

Fuller says he will soon talk to Veronica Mars creator Rob Thomas to learn more and also chat with Warner Bros. to see if there's any interest.

Even if he can't pull the film together, however, Fuller says he hopes to reunite cast members Lee Pace, Anna Friel, and Kristin Chenoweth in some capacity. The former has already agreed to a role on Hannibal Season 2... if there is a Hannibal Season 2.

"It ends on such a huge cliffhanger," Fuller says of Season 1. "It's a big ending where you're like, 'Oh my God, what is going to happen next?!' So our viewers will be screwed if we don't have a second season."
