The Street Fighter: The Miniatures Game kickstarter has now concluded. It seems that Angry Joe and Jasco Games were able to raise $2,052,791 thanks to the efforts of 9,800 backers.

Originally, the target goal was just $400,000. This part of the project was funded in just one day after starting on April 4, 2018. Many stretch goals were reached since then.

Guile, Blanka, E.Honda, Dhalsim, Balrog, Cammy, Fei Long, T. Hawk, Dee Jay, Gouken, Evil Ryu, and Violent Ken were unlocked as a result of these stretch goals. Other modes like power-ups, tag team, 3 on 3 team swap, car bonus stage, nemesis, and more will also be available.

Each miniature is armed with a 40 card deck that contains many references to their movesets found in the games. It seems each fighter will have different play styles.

Backers that contributed $80 will get the base miniatures game. If you spent $120, then you'll also get the boss expansion and stretch goal characters. Anybody who put in $280 will also received character expansions for Street Fighter Alpha, 3, 4, and 5.

The estimated delivery is said to be on March 2019.
