Last Halloween we got into the spooky spirit with Incendium's early access game Phantom Halls (a preview of which you can find here), and now we know that the developer has launched a Kickstarter campaign for the game, one that allows fans to contribute to making the game as good as possible.
This isn't like most Kickstarter campaigns, since the game is already playable and on-sale, but the aim is to optimise the game ahead of its V1 launch. "We're looking to release the full v1 version of Phantom Halls in time for Halloween this year, and we want you to help shape what that will be. We're always eager to hear our community's thoughts and ideas and to integrate the best ones into the game where we can," the Kickstarter page reads.
Goals for the V1 release include a Metroidvania-style multi-level mansion, unique skills and abilities for 12 characters, varied environments, and a lot more which you can discover on the Kickstarter page.
