This might even persuade us to start exercising.

Because someone’s finally designed workout gear that fully incorporates your phone.

Meaning you don’t have to bother with one of those armbands or a belt, where it ends up flapping about while you run/do Zumba on the Wii/collapse on the floor heaving.

Lume Lifestyle has created smart leggings that have a special pocket for your smartphone. It has a touch mesh which means you can also text/change a song without having to remove the phone from the pocket.

Creator and Lume CEO Waira Mungai from Kansas City had the idea after becoming a personal trainer, following his own 125 pound (8st 9lbs) weight loss.

‘One day, while waiting for a client, I noticed a woman put her phone in her waistband. She started exercising, and her phone fell to the floor. That observation led me on a journey that ultimately formed [our] female focused inspirational brand,’ he told Mashable.

The workout leggings can be worn by both men and women and the phone pocket has enough space at the top so you can slip in a pair of headphones. Yep, don’t worry – you can still listen to Eye Of The Tiger whenever you want.

The pocket is made to fit every mobile phone – even a flip one.

The leggings are currently fundraising on Kickstarter and, for $88 (£58), you can get them delivered anywhere in the world from February.

In the future, Lume plan to bring out a left-hand version of the leggings, plus shorts and jogging trousers for both men and women.

We’ve already scheduled our first workout for Feb next year.
