TurboCool - Cools Warm Cans in 60 Seconds

The TurboCool, launched on Kickstarter today, cools your warm beverage cans in 60 seconds without any electricity or batteries. The directions are simple, open the unit, put in some ice and water, clip your can into the middle, then pump the top of the unit, in about 60 seconds your beverage is deliciously cold. The TurboCool works by spinning the can inside of the chamber which is filled with water and ice. The liquid inside the can is cooled via heat exchange with the wall of the can and the ice water outside. Amazingly the laws of physics keep the contents inside the spinning can from foaming up when opened after the chilling process. (Read More)
