An independent filmmaker is hoping to join the ranks of Delawareans going online to fund projects. Brooklyn based filmmaker Lindsey Copeland is back in her home state to raise money and shoot a feature film in Delaware called Thumper, a story about high school sweethearts who accidentally meet in a hotel lobby on the eve of their respective weddings.
