Post-rock fans are well aware of The Sirens Sound and Oxide Tones, who have teamed up to present this all-new 4-hour compilation. It’s a great way to hear new music from old favorites (Collapse Under the Empire, My Education), catch up with recent winners (Human Empires, This Patch of Sky) and discover new bands in the process. Post-rock has more lives than a country cat, and Ode to an Unspoken Movement is evidence. “Ode To An Unspoken Movement” is the master work of twenty-nine artists contributing thirty-four movements that have never been seen, heard or released on the world wide web in any form previously (well… up until today). This set presents itself elegantly with approximately 4 hours of melting ambient and mind-blowing post-rock music. The project is piloted mainly by The Sirens Sound in collaboration with Oxide-Tones and has been in the pipeline for the last 3 months.
