The Drink Tanks Growler Keeps Your Beer Like It’s Supposed To Be

March 25th - via:
We told you a few days ago about the TapIt Cap, which attaches to any standard growler and keeps your beer from going flat. It also transforms the growler into a small keg, thanks to a CO2 attachment. Now, there’s a new product that arguably does it one better, as it comes with a growler component that keeps your beer cold. It’s called the Drink Tanks Growler, and thanks to its premium stainless steel construction, it looks pretty slick in addition to keeping your beer cold, fresh and bubbly. (Read More)

The Latest in Beer Geek Tech Gadgets

March 18th - via:
One of the hottest trends in craft beer is changing the way brewers and retailers think about selling their beer in growlers. In Oregon we have had them for a long time, while other states and countries are making them legal. More bars and grocery stores are realizing there is a whole new market for folks who simply want to stop in and fill up a growler to take home. More and more you will see businesses built on this concept, with a slew of Growler Station based businesses opening in Oregon in 2013. It's the natural evolution of the bottleshop. (Read More)

Kick WHAT?

March 13th - via:
It’s always interesting to see how different products compete with each other over Kickstarter. I wrote about the playing cards phenomenon at Caffeineforge, and I’m planning on looking more closely at the wristwatch madness that seems to have boomed in the past few months. I also noticed Sunski and Enclave Eyewear go at it a little when Enclave launched shortly after or near the end of the Sunski campaign with an equally impressive pitch for nice sunglasses that don’t break the bank. (Read More)
