Players will find themselves whisked away to a variety of different eras that introduce multiple playable characters, including private investigator Lone Carter, Abdul Alhazred, the Mad Arab who penned the infamous Necronomicon, and even H. P. Lovecraft himself. The game’s Kickstarter campaign is hoping to amass a little over $11,000 for its initial goal, but offers stretch goal rewards such as an entirely new chapter, full voice acting in English and Italian, translations to additional languages, and even ports to mobile platforms and Switch. For those looking to take a quick dive into the world of the game, there’s a pre-alpha demo available for download; additionally, backers will also receive a free copy of the original Chronicle of Innsmouth should they decide to pledge to the campaign. (Read More)
