I woke up this morning to see that this campaign just went over the $3000 mark, and I'm stoked! I want to thank everyone for making this series of buildings successful and will definitely be expanding the range. Today I'll be finishing up checking... (Read More)

Almost there!

March 20th - via: kickstarter.com
Only a couple days left! I've decided not to add any more stretch goals, I think there's enough work to do when this is done and I want to get the files uploaded and a download link sent out in a timely manner.  I have a few more buildings to... (Read More)

Quick WIP update

March 19th - via: kickstarter.com
Here's a  quick screenshot of the base. I'll be adding more pipes and conduits to it. I'm also going to make each corner a separate component, so there's more variety rather than just repeating the same section 4 times. I'd be done with it now, but... (Read More)

Only 4 days left!

March 18th - via: kickstarter.com
There's only 4 days left! I'm currently still working on the "base" model, more pics of that will be posted tomorrow.   (Read More)

$2500 Stretch Goal Reached!

March 17th - via: kickstarter.com
We've reached the stretch goal at $2500, so the "base" for the buildings will be included in the set. I'll post more pics of it over the next few days so you can see it's progress.  (Read More)

$2500 Stretch Goal added!

March 15th - via: kickstarter.com
I noticed that in sci-fi movies and art that buildings in cities are usually built on top of other structures to get a "layered" look. This is my attempt to replicate that look. A set of bases that you can place your buildings on. Right now it's just... (Read More)

Sample print using SLA printing

March 15th - via: kickstarter.com
One of the backers, Brian Ware, offered to print out one of the buildings using his SLA printer. This was done to test the print in the smaller scales.  I think it came out very well. I'll be looking at buying a resin printer in the future!  (Read More)

Small survey for Backers about components.

March 15th - via: kickstarter.com
When I was test printing some of the buildings I noticed the print times were fairly long so I started looking at ways to cut down the print times. Originally I had the components solid, so you'd need infill for the prints. But that increases print... (Read More)

Next building being worked on.

March 14th - via: kickstarter.com
I'm currently working on another building for the next stretch goal. When it's close to being done I'll post pictures of it, hopefully later tonight.  (Read More)

March 13th - via: kickstarter.com
We've hit $1800 and the Communications Array has been added to the set! I'm very excited to see this get off the ground!  We have 9 days left so maybe I can knock out another building for a stretch goal at $2000. I'll post later today with pics of... (Read More)

Some pics of smaller prints

March 12th - via: kickstarter.com
Here's a couple pics of two buildings printed at smaller scales, you could use these for the 2mm or 6mm games. I used Matter control and the Prusa i3 MK2 printer for the first one (orange/white filament) and an IIIP  Monoprice Maker Select 3D... (Read More)

New Stretch Goal added! The Communications Array.

March 11th - via: kickstarter.com
I made this over the weekend for a Stretch Goal at $1800. All backers at the $50 on up pledges will also receive the files for the Communications Array. I've been posting this Kickstarter on every gaming forum I can find, so let's see if we can hit... (Read More)

Atmospheric Processor print sample

March 8th - via: kickstarter.com
I just got this put together.  It's printed out at 15mm scale, but it's size also works for smaller scales. On the left are 15mm models from ClearHorizon and on the right are 6mm Solduros miniatures. I forgot to print the large pipe! You can print... (Read More)
