This all new action-adventure RPG for the original Game Boy comes with a unique and original twist: you progress through the game through achievements. Glory Hunters

The Glory Hunters Kickstarter campaign went live on Sunday. They have a nearly $40,000 goal. So far, after just one full day, they have already raised almost half of their goal. At the time of publication, they raised $18,610.

The plan is to release a Game Boy ROM and Steam version. $9.80 will get you a digital version of the game while a physical cartridge requires a minimum $70 pledge. The developers say that they hope to eventually make a Nintendo Switch version as a stretch goal.

If you want to give the game a try, there is a free Glory Hunters demo accessible on Itch.io. Meanwhile, you can support the Kickstarter campaign here.
