‘Demons’ Geretta Geretta Announces Feature With Lamberto Bava, Simon Boswell, Claudio Simonetti, and Linnea Quigley

The stars seem to be aligning for an intriguing partnership with some of the most iconic names in horror. Recently announced via fan-favorite actress Geretta Geretta’s (Demons, Rats: Night of Terror, Shocking Dark) Instagram page is the Kickstarter campaign for an untitled feature written and directed by Geretta and co-produced by the Italian horror baron, Lamberto Bava (Demons, Demons 2). 

According to the Kickstarter page, Geretta’s script involves a group of tourists in the beautiful and storied city of New Orleans, Louisiana. While visiting the French Quarter, the group becomes trapped inside a movie theater where they must survive a night of “unadulterated horror.” 

 

Also attached to the film is fellow fan favorite, Linnea Quigley (The Return of the Living Dead, Night of the Demons). Legendary composer and Goblin keyboardist Claudio Simonetti (Suspiria, Phenomena) is combining his musical talents with the prolific Simon Boswell (Santa Sangre, Demons 2) to design the soundtrack. 

With this much talent and horror royalty rolled up into one project, it’s hard not to be impressed and take notice. 

Perks for backing include everything from digital downloads, DVD and Blu-ray copies, being an extra in the film, to becoming a producer.
