Erotic Lovecraftian Game ‘Lust From Beyond’ Arrives September 24 [Trailer]

Published

You remember Movie Games Lunarium’s Lust From Beyond, right? The mash-up of Giger, Lovecraft and Zdzisław Beksiński that features some sexy NSFW happenings? Well, a year after reaching its Kickstarter funding goals, the game is now slated for release on Steam on September 24th, according to the new trailer.

To make things even more interesting, there’s a free demo that covers the prologue. Don’t worry, according to the Steam page, it’s standalone short game without spoilers from the main game. The demo has you playing as a man named Christopher, who is tormented by visions of a sinister land full of lechery and pain. To learn its secrets, he joins the Cult of Ecstasy, whose members seem to know the answers to his questions.

As for the main game, you play as Victor Holloway, an antiquarian, who is likewise tormented by visions. He too joins the Cult of Ecstasy. The cultists, following Victor’s visions, attempt to enter Lusst’ghaa – the Land of Ecstasy beyond the borders of our reality. And yes, the feature of “bold erotic themes adapted to horror convention” isn’t a misnomer.

Keep the kids away.
