Wonderful 101 Statue

If you've already thrown your wallet at The Wonderful 101 remaster over on Kickstarter and want something else to go with it, perhaps this 'Wonder-Red' statue by PlatinumGames is worth keeping an eye on.

This red resin figure has been sculpted by Minoru Kasai and will require you to assemble and paint it. The height of it is approx 10 cm / 4 inches and it will be priced at 5,000 yen (roughly $45 / £35) when it goes on sale at Wonder Festival 2020 [winter] in Japan later this week.

We’re also offering a statue kit of none other than Wonder-Red, the star of The Wonderful 101! The Crimson Fist will soon return to your home, thanks to our wildly successful Kickstarter campaign for The Wonderful 101: Remastered – Why not make some space for him on your mantle?

Here's a bit more background about the Wonder Festival:

Wonder Festival (Wonfes for short) is a huge gathering of figure creators and collectors that takes place twice every year. It’s a major showcase where figure and statuette makers show off and sell their latest and greatest. And at this year’s winter Wonfes, on February 9 in Chiba, Japan, PlatinumGames is joining in!

There's been no mention of a western release, but if we hear anything, we'll be sure to let you know. In the meantime, tell us if you would like a statue like this and if you have you backed TW101 on Kickstarter yet.
