See The Two Veronica Mars Limited Edition T-Shirt Designs For Kickstarter Backers

Those Veronica Mars fans who pledged $25 or more to the film's Kickstarter campaign will be treated to a limited edition t-shirt. As much as we're all anticipating the actual film, there's nothing quite like a great t-shirt. Backers will get their pick of two great t-shirts, in appreciation of their financial support of the movie, and today Rob Thomas has given us a look at the designs.

Following up on some updates on the campaign, which include a $1 pledge option, which will hopefully help get the movie's Kickstarter campaign to over 87,142 backers, breaking the record for most backers for a Kickstarter campagn, Rob Thomas posted another update, giving us a look at the two shirts that backers ($25 or more) will have to choose from when the campaign ends later this month.

The first one is called "California Noir" and shows the familiar image of Veronica seated in her car with her camera and the giant telephoto lens.

I like to think she's looking at the Camelot and thinking, "I'm never getting married. You want an absolute? Where there it is. Veronica Mars, spinster…"

This one, which is modeled by Jason Dohring, who was recently confirmed to return to his role as Logan for the film, is called "Mini-Blinds" and it shows a lens cap poking through a set of blinds.

I like the first one better, mainly because I love the colors and I'm not a fan of horizontal stripes. But the Mini-Blinds one has the date of the Kickstarter campaign on it, which is a major plus, I think:

I like the date, which makes this a tough choice. But we have until after Friday, April 12 to make up our minds. Thomas says they'll be in touch with the tens of thousands of backers to request their preferences once the campaign ends next week.

In the meantime, there's still time to pledge. If you can't swing enough money to score one of the t-shirts, you can get access to the backers-only updates for the low cost of $1.
