Magic Cube: Levitates Laser Lighted Prisms and Objects

California based designer, Dale Rorabaugh, has designed a levitation platform that also creates a light show using magnetic levitating powers accompanied by an embedded green laser.

The Magic Cube has enclosure created from extruded aircraft grade aluminum (with a machine age brushed finish) and topped off with a mirrored acrylic surface. The system includes a hover disc and a prism cube – both of which can be used for the visual impact of objects floating in mid-air. You can place various decorative object (below 300 gm / 10.58 oz in weight) on the hover disc, ranging from small collectibles, memorabilia to even glistening jewelry items.

It is completely mesmerizing to watch the Magic Cube levitate an object, rotate it, and illuminate with a laser. When people walk into the room and see a Magic Cube, they are instantly drawn to it.
