Help fund a Tonya Harding-Nancy Kerrigan museum in an apt. hallway

A pair of roommates in New York are hoping to turn their apartment hallway into "The Tonya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan 1994 Museum" with the help of Kickstarter.

A pair of roommates in New York are hoping to turn their apartment hallway into "The Tonya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan 1994 Museum" with your help.

The pair, Matt and Viviana, got the idea after watching a documentary about Harding on Netflix after moving in together. They then decided they should turn their long hallway into a shrine to the figure-skating enemies, according to their Kickstarter page.

The fundraising campaign started with a modest goal of $75 to get some large posters of the Olympians made, but the duo has substantially surpassed that number, earning $1,137 with two full days of fundraising to go.

The roommates are offering an array of rewards for investors, including a $5 video tour of the museum, AKA "The Kristi Yamaguchi Package," and the "Olympic Gold Medal Package," which includes a weekend stay at the apartment/museum with permission to browse the owners' possessions, a 24-pack of Diet Coke, a party with "cupcakes and a DJ" for just $10,000.

While the project is already well over its fundraising goal, Matt and Viviana are still looking to add more artifacts to their collection, so donate and help them become the nation's top Nancy Kerrigan and Tonya Harding museum.
