iPhone Keyboard Gets Immediate Funding from Kickstarter

An app that aims to be the "perfect keyboard" for the iPhone has received an immediate funding goal from Kickstarter just two days after it was posted.

The app is called as the Next Keyboard and is being developed by a software development company called "Tiny Hearts." The company has sought around C$10,000 for the funding in order to finish the app.

The app is reportedly already 75 percent done and that it took only until Sunday for people to start donating and hit the amount they have initially asked for. The group is given 40 days to complete the said project.

The keyboard will let users adjust the cursor just by sliding their fingers across the spacebar instead of them using the magnifying glass. It will also help users get their emojis faster as people can scroll vertically instead of the horizontal traditional way. The app will also be suggesting the emoji one wants to use based on what is being typed.

Tiny Hearts pointed out that swiping to type is also now possible as it is perfect for one handed operations. The other features of the app include the shift key, personalizing one's keyboard, and adding a shortcut to numbers and assigned punctuations that go with it.

People interested with the app can pre-order for only C$5 and Tiny Hearts aim to launch the ap by February 2015.

This is not the first app from Tiny Hearts as it also has an alarm clock called "Wake," a fitness app called "Quick Fit" and also an educational app named "Pocket Zoo."
