Second time's the charm.

A second Kickstarter campaign for Red Goddess: Inner World from Yanim Studios is currently underway and has recently surpassed its base goal of $30,000.

Initially, the original Kickstarter (then simply named Red Goddess) was held earlier this year in March with a goal of $50,000. However, it was not funded as a little over $10,000 was still needed when the campaign ended on April 9. Now, thanks to the lowered target, Red Goddess has a chance to claim some stretch goals, including a new boss, a new chapter, new powers, and more.

If you didn't catch it around the first time, Red Goddess: Inner World is a 2.5D side-scrolling action adventure with puzzle elements. It's set in a fantasy world driven by the subconscious mind of the main character, Divine--the Red Goddess. While there are various terrains on this planet within her mind, there are also enemies created from her own negative thoughts, some carrying her lost memories. Divine can split into two characters, both having unique skills and abilities that will help her on her venture.

Red Goddess: Inner World is planned to release for Wii U and other platforms in March 2015. Check the video below.
